Return Policy

  • The product purchased via our online portal is eligible for returns and 100% refund in case the product delivered is damaged or is different from the product ordered by you. Except situations mentioned in this para, no return or refund will be given.
  • The above defect in the product shall be intimated to us within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with video recording in evidence to the original product sent to you. In case of defect or any damage, contact our customer care on all days excluding Sunday between 11.00am to 7.00pm with video recording of the same.
  • The Product shall be returned within 3 working days of delivery.

Our executive will help and guide you with refunds:

  • It is mandatory for every customer to record the delivery of product in video in order to avoid any dispute while returning the product.
  • In case of incorrect or changed product, the customer will have to produce the video recorded within a quick span of time.
  • Refund will be granted in the form of credit note with validity of 2 months. Within the above period of two months, the customer has option to order same product or any other product instead of the one originally ordered. The amount of credit note issued shall be adjusted against the amount payable for the new product ordered and any additional amount that remains unpaid shall be payable before dispatch of the order.
  • The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 3 Day Replacement Guarantee:
  • Any product that has been washed or came in contact with perfumes or any kind of chemicals
  • Any product that is not in its original condition
  • Any product that is returned without the original retail box and all other items included with the packaging and accessories of the product at the time of delivery with invoice.
  • The security tag is removed or damage
  • Sha Ratilal & Bros reserves the right to reject any return request if the product looks used.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer has option to cancel the order till the dispatch of the product. After dispatch of the product, the order cannot be cancelled. In case the order has been cancelled by the customer before dispatch of the product, 100% refund will be granted to the customer for the amount paid at the time of placement of order and same will be credited in the customer’s account. No cash refund will be granted.

The customer will be entitled to a 100% refund, if the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped. The policy as mentioned above will be applicable in case the product is shipped.

Return method & payment:

  • We request our customers not to accept an incorrect product.
  • We will also bear the return shipping cost for any incorrect product delivered.
  • For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. If the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
  • The Refund will be granted in the form of Credit Note with validity of 2 months.
  • The refund will be happening within 14 days of the receipt and inspection of the goods.
